Introduction
At Weblinear, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our clients. To ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship, we have established the following payment terms and project policies. These guidelines are designed to clarify expectations and responsibilities, helping us to deliver your projects efficiently and effectively.
Please review the terms below carefully before engaging in any project with us. By proceeding, you agree to the outlined conditions and acknowledge your understanding of these terms.
1. Third-Party Services
All project budgets provided by Weblinear are exclusive of costs related to any third-party services that may be required to achieve the desired project outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as Bulk SMS, product delivery systems (e.g., Shiprocket shipping charges), business email services, API service charges, plugins, themes, templates, and other similar expenses. These costs are the responsibility of the client and will be billed separately.
2. Maintenance Services
After the free maintenance period, any bug fixes will be chargeable. While we strive to deliver a 100% maintenance-free experience, we recommend clients renew their annual maintenance package during the last month of the free maintenance period. This renewal, available at a minimal cost, ensures continued technical assistance from our team. Maintenance packages do not cover feature modifications or new implementations.
Clients who choose not to renew may opt for our “pay-as-it-arises” model, where service charges will apply only when technical issues occur.

Once a project has commenced, development will proceed continuously without interruption. If you wish to pause the development at any point, you are required to provide a written notice at least one month in advance. This advance notice ensures that our team can adjust schedules accordingly without disrupting the overall project timeline.

For Weblinear-hosted projects, domain, business email, and server renewals are required each service year at the prevailing cloud costs. Clients cannot discontinue any of these services. Please contact Sales for current renewal rates.
