How we started

Mr. Rakshit, our founder, belongs from West Midnapore, a city near Kolkata in West Bengal. As a second-generation entrepreneur, he was always curious about business and innovation from his early days. In 2019, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey while still studying at Techno India University, Kolkata, choosing to taste success via an unconventional path. Despite being an academic intellect, he chose a path where 80% of people fail.

He started his first startup, LaaVish, in 2019, an e-commerce platform for India's handicraft industry. Though it faced challenges, it provided valuable experience. From there, he met people from different industries and realized that technology could be his next venture. Seeing the market opportunity, he started LaaVish Biz, a business consultancy firm, and secured his first project worth 3,000 INR. It grew steadily alongside Rakshit's enthusiasm for innovation.

In his early 20s, in the year 2020, he acquired Easy Technical Solution to advance our journey of information technology. This merger marked the official establishment of Weblinear. Since its inception, we have consistently achieved progress. Initially, we operated as a web development organization that provided a wide range of cloud-based solutions tailored to small-scale enterprises.

In early 2022, we ventured into the enterprise solutions business, delivering ERP, CRM solutions, and more. We also introduced our own Weblinear Software Suites, and by 2024, we have over 200+ modules catering to diverse businesses, from medium-sized companies to large enterprises. By the end of 2023, we rolled out generative AI for our enterprise solutions to enhance their capabilities further.

We continue to innovate with new products like Web ERA 404, E-Com TRY ONs, Weblinear Forms, Weblinear Meetings, and more. Our journey is a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence, and we look forward to continuing to serve and grow with our clients.
